You have a better view of the first two letters. From picture it is hard to understand.
Manufacturer is silergy for sure.

Hi, what voltage do you have on pins 2, 3 and 4. If you have 19 volts then it's a SY8386BRHC.Comment

I just recieved a working laptop for a quick dc port swap, i tested the laptop on battery it worked, tested dc port issue felt loose, so disassembled the laptop and removed battery connector, swapped the dc port, re-connected the battery connector, inserted dc pin, white led glowed up - stable, pressed power switch, but it didn't turn on, no fan spin and no display. just 1 white led that glows up, doesn't move to orange (charging), i check voltage (battery : 11.37v) (dc input port : 19.3v)(bios : 1.75), i am stumped, there is no shorting on board.
