You have a better view of the first two letters. From picture it is hard to understand.
Manufacturer is silergy for sure.

Hi, what voltage do you have on pins 2, 3 and 4. If you have 19 volts then it's a SY8386BRHC.

Thanks. Looks liek this is the right candidate. Markings are really hard to see as its probably affected by the ic heating up.
