N550JV 2.0 No Power ( No 3VA / 5VA )

Asus N550JV model motherboard won't start.

When the DC cable is plugged in, it draws 0.06 and the TPS51275 gets hot.

There is no 3VA/5VA short circuit, but voltages are not output.
(0.47V instead of 3VA, 3.8V instead of 5VA.) 3VAO/5VAO comes without any problem.

TPS51275 has been changed.

Check the after load-switches related to +3VA_DSW and +5VA, too. For example, PQ9101, PQ9102, PQ9103, PQ9104 and so on. There might be a hidden short to GND somewhere after a switch.

I changed all of them but the result is the same unfortunately.
PU8102 17. 18. legs Omage value ( PC8106 ) too low ( 1.4ohm )

You measure 1.4Ohms between Pin 17 (BST) and Pin 18 (LX) of PU8102 (TPS51275) or between the Pins and GND? Clarify please.
