Dell XPS 13 - Doesn't Always Power On

I am working on a Dell XPS 13 - when pressing the power button, the white light will come on and go off. If you keep pressing the button it will eventually power on and work fine.

If the laptop is restarted it will go through the same process.

Any help would be appreciated.
