Trying to determine if the motherboard is at fault or we can just replace the battery.
Issue is it works fine when plugged in but as soon as it's unplugged it goes dead and will not power on unless plugged in. In Windows it says 0% not charging.
Ran HP diagnostics and the result is in the attached picture but also here, perhaps so others with this error can find this thread.
Battery Check: Primary - Replace (49),
Primary: Logic State - Not Available (49), Charge State - Not Available.
