    HP PROBOOK 640 G2 not working

    I have this model HP 640 G2. Tried to update like 5 BIOS and nothing. It does the following things:
    1. I plug the charger
    2. At plugging in the charger the lights go on, the 8pin on BIOS gets 3.3V and then after 2-3 seconds, all dies, no voltage on BIOS pin8. Only on the power button 3.3V and 2 coils from the entire board have 3.3V and 5V.
    3. I have 3.2V on battery charging pins.
    I cant find a schematic. What should I look after? Maybe I need to spend one more day yo try more bios? Thanks!

      I have the same problem and I checked and I think it's a bios problem but I'm not sure

          This board has DSW(Deep Sleep Well)-so its natural that 3V/5V will appear momentarily when plugged in. Then it'll go in DSW mode. Those voltage will come back only after trigerring.

              Apologies if this is the wrong forum, but I'm not looking for a specific BIOS file, I'm trying to understand how one makes a clean BIOS file. So here's the background. I have 2 HP EliteDesk 800 g2 mini 35w pcs. One is working fine; the other doesn't have display out or working USB's nor does it have any flashing error lights. The CPU does get worm enough to cause the fan to spin up, so I think it's posting, but I just don't know. I had it working at one point but trouble started when I tried to put in a drive caddy that had a cooling fan on it. I thought it would be compatible but wasn't...

              i don't know exactly if it's s145-15igm or s145-14igm
              have a backup bios file but i dont know the serial.. coz text already erased at the back of the cover

              S145-15igm - success with serial and some other info in bios but still not booting on OS
