    820-4924-A Missing PM_SLP_S4_L

    mystery board no history!
no corrosion or liquid damage anywhere.
green light on charger, 24ma power draw.

    PM_SLP_S5_L 0,0v pulses on SMC_ONOFF_L
    PM_SLP_S4_L 0.0v pulses on SMC_ONOFF_L
    PM_SLP_S3_L 0.0v pulses on SMC_ONOFF_L
    PM_SLP_S0_L 0.0v pulses on SMC_ONOFF_L
    PM_SYSRST_L 0.016v no pulse on SMC_ONOFF_L
    PM_S0_PGOOD 0.00v pulses on SMC_ONOFF_L
    SYS_PWROK pulses on SMC_ONOFF_L

    PPBUS_G3H 12.67v
    PP3V3_S5 3.3v
    PP3v3_S4 0.0v
    pch_intruder_l 3.3v
    PM_RSMRST_L 3.3v

    PPVRTC_G3H 3.34v
    RTC_RESET_L 3.33v
    PCH_SRTCRST_L 3.33v
    PCH_INTVRMEN 3.24v
    PCH_DSWVRMEN 3.24v
    PCH_CLK32K_RTCX1 32k
    PM_DSW_PWRGD 3.24v
    PP3V3_SUS 3.33v
    PM_BATLOW_L 3.33v
    PM_RSMRST_L 3.33v
    PM_PWRBTN_L 3.42v
    PP3V3_S5RS3RS0_SYSCLKGEN 3.32v
    PP3V42_G3H 3.42v
    PP5V_S4 0.0v

How bad does the leading edge of the waveform for PCH_CLK32K_RTCX1 have to be to cause issues? it falls at a 90 degree angle but the rise is more of a hill.

U1900 looks great, removed and cleaned just in case.
    reflowed SMC, no dice.
