i'm working on making a 1.1v my main xbox. i noticed it is missing a couple caps from the 1.0v. does anyone know what this particular cap does and if i should add it to my 1.1v xbox? it's close to what i believe is the southbridge and i was concerned it may damage something if i added it since microsoft probably left it off for a reason(that reason may be to save money though).

by unimatrix93Dear Forum,
I'm stuck with this Xbox One.
PSU stays yellow when connecting no power on when touching the button.
I checked all the power rails and I found out that 5V is partially missing.
5V is present on both the source and gate on U4B4 but missing on the drain.
If I lift the gate's leg I get around 1.7Von the drain and the xbox beeps when I press the button but the PSU stays yellow, fan won't spin either.... -

I “modded” the unit placing a 4.5” 12V exhaust fan with a 9v wall wart adapter on top of the vent/fan of the unit. And plugged the Xbox PSU into a Tripplite LTR-600 voltage regulator. Also connected to the Tripplite are a 275w computer tower, an Xbox 360 PSU and a Westinghouse 52” LED TV. ... -
by tccyo22Hi there, I have an Xbox One original in which I have all the 1.8v, 3.3v and 5.0v standby power rails present, however my 12v rail is not turning on and the enable signal PSU_V12P0_EN from the SMC to turn the power supply on is missing. There is high resistance on this line so it's not shorted directly to ground which leaves me with not many options.
Was looking at a schematic and see the enable is created by the SMC. I have 3.3v on SMC_RST_N_IN but I'm a little stuck on where to look next. Is it likely that the SMC has gone bad or am I missing something else (it's my first time with... -
