PS5 Component identification EDM-032

Hello,
I recently got a PS5 with an EMD-032 board and someone before me “tried” to change the HDMI port. Unfortunately, a few SMD components are now missing, see image. the top one should be a 100nF cap. but what is the lower (0Ohm resistance?)

Both are 100nf 0201 capacitors. The last ones I bought were 10V so anything in that voltage range should be more than enough.
