Schwinn airdyne, Help identify Components.

Hello. I'm looking for some help identifying:

1. CEE T1 5508 and
2. BZ3Y

They both sit on the same power rail. It's currently at 2.6V, but it might be incorrect, and perhaps it should be 3.3V. I'm guessing.
GH86P was visually burned, and I replaced it.
CEE and BZ3Y have low resistance: 12 Ohms and 40 Ohms, respectively, and they pull 350mAh on 3V from the power supply, heating up to around 60°C.
This is Jim Cycling's display board. It has a 3V battery supply and also connects to the bike itself.

This would be my guess as guidline. for BZ3Y but im not experianced enoght so seeking some advice, or guidance.
