Help identify this components PQ44 and PQ42 board MS-17711 ver1.1

I have burnt PQ44 and PQ42 ( I think PQ44 is a SM3316) I have no idea what is PQ42

If the Gates are connected, you can use nearly any N-Channel MOSFET. At least for a test.
