In a JRC FF30 fish finder (1998 manufacture), C512, a 4.7uF 25V BP "DKE" unit in the monitor section was bulging, causing the picture to get shorter over time.
The monitor chassis (CM-6J971) appears to be of Korean origin (it had Korean ICs, power transistors and CRT), and I think the "DKE" brand capacitors are Korean too.
Does anyone know about the electrolytic capacitor brand "DKE"?

But today, I’m making an exception here. Why? No idea. Perhaps only because the repair details are still “fresh” in my head… which is ironic, given this is a 16 year old monitor that hardly anyone will care about today. It is new to me, though.
