On the old bios it was working but with an error message after 15 seconds shutdown

Try a different bios version. Download from the Asus support site https://www.asus.com/SupportOnly/Z170PRO/HelpDesk_BIOS/ ,extract from the zip folder,open the bios with UEFITool and select Action -> Capsule -> Extract body .That will remove the 2kb capsule header leaving the 16,384KB bios as a *.rom file,you can rename it to *.bin
