hello everybody i've been trying to unlock the MPM on this pc for 2 weeks now, ive tried every editing serials tools, none worked, tried efi tools i get the HP MPM PROTOCOL NOT PRESENT, i even have the SMC.bin file i got it from HP, doesnt work i hit the key combo i have the instructions, it just doesnt work so please somebody help me, i'll upload bios update bin here and if someone can change it for mpm to be unlocked ill be grateful, if someones willing to help me please let me know!Comment

Hello everyone, I happen to have a Microsoft Surface Pro X 1876 in my hands. It was brought to me by a friends which happen to have taken off the bios chip to test another motherboard. Upon putting back the bios chip on the original motherboard, The PC is stucked on Windows logo and won t boot to bios or anything. I suspect that the changes of bios chip somehow corrupted the firmware inside. Is the hypothesis correct?
Also i extracted the bios inside the chip which was on Winbond 25R128JWPQ you can find the file attached if you can fix it (if possible, I would like some insight on... -

ive got a brand new Xplus Series 81 mini Notebook, but its not turning on, my friend take it and make something with it, everthing looks fine , charging , power input perfect , fans spinning but no image, now i read the bios chip with ch341a programmer, i think its corrupted, is there any way to fix a corrupted bios bin ? please help... -

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Yoga Gen 3 for repair. (20LES3T900)
I looked in every corner and the laptop seems fine. Its pulling 500mA but no display, no noise, nothing.
So I assume its a BIOS issue. I downloaded the BIOS with CH341A and opened it on ME Analyser and didn't receive any errors.
Does this mean the BIOS is fine? making it a hardware issue?
I downloaded fresh BIIOS from the Lenovo site and used Hex Editor replace the Lenovo's BIOS into my BIOS region. But the file size ended up being... -

I've already desoldered and dumped the broken BIOS, over on the "level1techs" forums someone already took a look at it and sadly couldn't fix it either 😥 Still grateful of them taking a look however!
