Hi there!
I have four HP ProOne 440 G5 for CPU Upgrade, from i5-9500 to i5-9600.
On two of them after replacing the CPU they power on without any problem.
But the other two wont start with the new CPU (I even take out the CPU from a working one...).
Attached are the two chip contents, EC and BIOS from a non working one.

For last try I write the EC and BIOS from a working one to a non working one and replace the CPU to ... still no power up...put back i5-9500 starts ok.
I don't know what to do further...

With this EC chip I have no image and after 4 restarts the power led blinks 2 x red then 4 x white then looping 2 x red and 2 xwhite...
