i have thinkcentre m900 sff but my fan cpu dont regulate rotation with cpu temp so I think there is an issue on my EC rom
there is anyone can heko me with dump of EC rom ? , ec rom is locatel between hdd power connector and EC ic U24 ( sqaure IC at the right , middle of motherboard) designed by U26

Just wanted to say thank you to Bell 77 for posting this bios dump. You helped me save my computer. In case anyone has a similar problem my machine is a Lenovo Thinkcentre M910t with a IQ270MS motherboard. The bios chip was a WINBOND one near the USB pins on the bottom of the motherboard. Hopefully putting this here will help other people with the same computer as nothing showed up on google for it. I reprogrammed the chip with a CH341A 24 25 Series EEPROM Flash BIOS USB Programmer Module + SOIC8 Test Clip and used hex workshop to change the model number (5 entries) and serial number (7 entries) on the downloaded bios.

Hi!

I have a ThinkCentre M900 (Tiny), which won't POST. It turn's on, when AC is connected. Fan spins down after a while, so EC is working, but no picture and no beep.
Hopefully, it can be fixed by cleaning the BIOS.
