The exe is self extracting, run it to extract the files, or you can use 7-zip,winrar,peazip,Universal extractor. The file named h61ms2p3.f6 is the full bios, ignore the .f6 file extension your programmer will read it, or you can rename the file to h61ms2p3.bin
