need ASUS Prime Z490-P boardview diagram

Hi, I have an ASUS Prime Z490-P motherboard, it doesn't start and I need the boardview diagram, if anyone can help me

I have one as well, it is short to ground on the 3.3v rail. I hope it's not what i fear it is lol. I am going to inject voltage to it when I complete the other checks and test a few other components to make sure I don't inject into something that will fry it. I think 1v .05amp to start is safe? I am getting my thermal cam soon and want to try it out. I would use IPA 90% but that's why I bought the camera. Anyone have suggestions or warnings?

I am newb at this or dangerously educated. Kinda like mickey mouse in fantasia where he uses magic to clean up the place and boom all messed up.
