clean BIOS need for gigabyte bx bt1900

Hello everyone,
I have 4 pieces of gigabyte BX-BT1900 BRIX
2 of them are not starting after a shutdown. They power on and blue led is coming on as soon as power adapter is plugged in but does not show any image (all power rails are present and ok)
I have extracted the BIOS from one of the working one.
Here it is:

I gues I would need a clean BIOS ME region.
Can anyone help me?

Thanks I have tryed but no change on behavior.
(If I long press the power button after the start, then the computer shuts down.)
