gigabyte BX-BT1900 BRIX Rev 1.2 blue led turns on but no start.

    Hi Everyone,
I have 5 of these BX-BT1900 and 2 of them are not stating after a proper shutdown.
    Symptoms:
    - Computer starts as soon as power adapter plugged in and blue light turn on on the power button. Fan spinning, but no picture
    - All power rails present and fine and CPU is slightly getting warm
    - Nothing else is getting hot (thermal camera shows no exceptional heat)
    - Tryed BIOS clean and reflash from here, but no luck. BUT someone suggested that I should try LPC clock temp fix.

I have found the LPC connector according to this documentation:
    https://online.flipbuilder.com/feqp/...index.html#p=9

It is a 10 pin connector but I dont know which is the LPC clock that I should ground with a resistor.
I have remembered that I have done this previously on a server and it was pin 1 that have a low value <1v
This pin 1 have 1.74v so maybe it is not LPC problem releated?

Since nothing heats up seriously when powered. I decided that I check the 25Mhz crystals.
There is 2 crystals on the boards top.
1 of them have has 1.0 volt on pin #1.
The other 25Mhz crystal has 0.33v but as soon as i try to measure it the computer immediately shuts down.
I have ordered a crystal tester because my oscillator only measures 1khz accurately.
I'll be back with the result.
