Extract from the zip folder,open the bios with UEFITool and select Action -> Capsule -> Extract body .That will remove the 2kb capsule header leaving the 8,192KB bios ,save it as a *.rom or *.bin file

What model is your programmer, CH341A, EZP**** .Have you desoldered the chip
Try NeoProgrammer software ,you`ll find it using the forum search . Then,select the chip manually from the support list ,auto-detect on the CH341A is useless sometimes.
