IPISB-AG Rev 1.03 schematic

I have this motherboard. When I connect to current, the current led switches on and slowly goes off. If I disconnect and wait a little, it will do same. Or if I breach the bios battery and connect to current, it will switch on and goes off slowly.
Can anyone give me helping hand? The Board name is IPISB-AG Rev 1.03. I need schematic also.

I think it's the same 1.03 and 1.04
