Good morning everyone. This is my first post on this forum, so please be understanding.
I received a board with a Lenovo P720 that does not boot. The fans work properly, but it does not turn on the USB ports and does not display the image.
The motherboard is marked ASM(01LM602) and the computer is Lenovo ThinkStation P720 type 30BB.
At first I thought it was the BIOS (MX25L25673G) but I uploaded a different one - the one from above and no changes.
I suspect it is KBC Memory (NUVOTON NCT6685D). This is a separate WINBOND 25X40CL memory chip.
However, I cannot find the contents of this memory anywhere.
Does anyone know where I could find this or share it with me?
Thank you very much for all your help and best regards

Hi, I have a problem with the bios of a lenovo Thinkstation p720 (model 30bb) with two xeon processors. During a bios update via windows routine there was a power failure and the computer has not booted since. I unsoldered the chip with the original bios and saved it to a file. I'm not bios expert and I don't know what can be done. I had hoped to find a compatible copy of bios on the Lenovo site but I saw that there was a They're just updates, not the whole original BIOS. The procedures suggested by the Lenovo site with emergency boot from cd or usb key and iso image, cmos battery removal etc do not work. The machine is quiet and only occasionally starts and produces three short and one long sounds. On the manual this corresponds to the absence of RAM memory (actually present with 6 banks), or to motherboards to be changed. Does anyone have a good bios that I could rewrite on the chip to try again? Thank you. (Translated online).

Hi SMDFlea and thank you again for your interest.
It took me a while to unsolder and re-solder the chip... Now the computer started up for the first time with a beep as a signal, then turned off. Then it restarted and gave me a sound of 6 short beeps followed by two longer ones. Continuously until I turn off the machine at the button. Nothing appears on the screen. On the lenovo p720 manual, this beep sequence is not mentioned.
