ECS provide a 6MB update,it is not a full bios image. https://www.ecs.com.tw/en/Product/Mo..._V2.0/download .Post your bios backup if you have one,then the 6MB update can be merged with your backup.

the ecs h61h2-A v1.0 motherboard does not start the cooler rotates and stops cyclically, but the bios chip 25L3206E starts without a processor, why there may be a problem in the bios if there is a bios dump, please skin the bios chip, the chip is empty, there is nothing to prevent the bios

Try this bios,it is 8MB so you will need an 8MB chip.The Rev 1.0 is 4MB, the Rev 2.0 is 8MB. The chip you have is only 4MB,its from another board.
