Gigabyte RX 570 black screen during driver installation but runs fine after hardreset

Hey guys,

This is weird because i have 2 gigabyte rx 570 gaming and they behave the same. i am connecting it to an lg tv 4K with hdmi. I already disabled onboardgpu in bios. I also observed when i disable gpu under devices , it hangs on black screen. same during installation of drivers. what do you think causing this problem?

broken comunication with Vram. works until not under drivers

bad ram ic, bad solder balls under ram or gpu

after driver is installed, everything runs fine. how do you explain this ?

problem solved. turns out a bios issue. gigabyte had released a 2019 bios as fw01, tdp is increased and no more problems what so ever. performance also jumped %8.
