GTX 1650 SUPER - Problem on pex voltage

Hello everyone, i have an evga gtx 1650 super that i noticed is having a problem on pex voltage.

It happens that it will only work and give me 1v if i put some hot air above the Pex IC, i already replaced the IC as long as almost every resistors and capacitors around it, but it keeps like that.

do you guys think this could be a problem on the gpu core?

I put a picture of the part. The ic always has enable (1.2v) and vcc (5V) but the 1v will only appear if the area is a bit hot...

Hi, what is that copper colored dot on the right from the arrow (under the IC)? Looks a bit like a damaged via.

Hey brother, thank you very much for answering. I actually found the culprit, i started measuring all resistors and capacitors around the pex voltage IC, and found one resistor that according to the datasheet should be 261k ohm, and it was measuring only 86k ohm. It was giving 12v on one side and around 7 on the other one. So i got another one from a donor board and replaced, and it ketp showing 12v on one side but the other was giving me 0.8v pretty stable, and the problem was gone! Card is working fine now.

I'll post a picture of the boardview and resistor, in case it may help someone someday, again, thank you for answering.

This is the resistor that was faulty and causing the pex voltage to be unstable.

Thank you. Is a resistor going lower resistance like that a common occurrence?

Can someone identify with the component on board that says Q510 ?

Samsung UN55NU6900F Standyby voltage is 1V higher than expected, is this a problem?
              by tvguy12012012120
This is the zombie UN55NU6900F I wrote about in this original post.

It originally was completely dead with no standby voltage. After some poking around, I found the solder at RM819 (see pictures) failed. I removed it from the board, it tested fine, resoldered it, and now the TV works.

The expected standby voltage at the reference pin is specified to be 11.8V but it's reading 12.8V. Couple questions:

              1. What could cause the standby voltage to be 1V higher than expected
              2. Is this a problem
              3. Could it have led to the failure at RM819, or was that...

Vizio e601i-A3 - Has Sound and Display, But No Backlight - Bad Power Supply Board or Bad LED Bulbs ?
              by Tynan Dill
I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

              Assuming...

yx-305d bench power supply decreasing voltage problem
              by ashan000
This power supply is 30v 5amp. Problem is when turned on after about 3 minutes voltage starting to decrease slowly. (like - 5.8 > 5.7 > 5.6 > 5.5) can't see any damaged component or dry solder joints. Checked main 2 transistors with multimeter. Reading seems ok. Tried changing potentiometers(both coarse and fine) still the same situation. Can any one help me to troubleshoot? What voltages to check? Any ideas helps to fix this. thank you.!

Voltage issues SY-5SSM, where's the problem? Help needed
              by rattlesnake
              Hello everyone,

I'm trying to fix this SY-5SSM motherboard (Socket 7).

When the PSU is connected it powers on by itself but there's nothing on the POST card, no beeps.
The BIOS EEPROM is ok (latest BIOS was flashed).
All the jumpers are set ok.
              All the 1000µF 6.3v (14) and 1500µF 16v (2) caps are in spec.
There are two 76129D MOSFETs (datasheet). I took them out and tested them and they are ok (no continuity from drain to source) in off state.
But the voltage in the gate of the second 76129D fluctuates between 1.468-1.649,...

Problem with LG Plasma 60PM6700 - Random power downs
              by theone111
I have an LG Plasma TV 60PM6700 for the past ~12 years.

In the last ~3-4 months I have been having some issues.
              1. Problem: It started with random picture disappearing (sound still worked).
Frequency: Happened about once a week.
Solution: Had to turn off TV wait a few seconds before turning it on again.
              2. Problem: Then it got worse and the TV started to shut down and when turning on the no picture just sound.
Frequency: Happened about once a week.
Solution: Had to turn off TV wait about 10-20 seconds and turn it on again to solve.
              3. Problem: TV shuts down
