Asus maximums viii hero lga1151 rev 1.01

Looking for pin out of a 6v41538nlg.
It's a 32pin ic I think controls frequency boards stuck on 00 I have vcore and all other voltages it boot loops 00.
I don't have anything out of the clock crystal.

Check voltages with respect to ground on each pin of clock crystal and post it.

The cystal is connected to 2 pins of that ic.
There is 0v on both legs of crystal to ground.

There must be a signal in order to activate rtc section to turn the mobo on.

I'll try tonight on scope there was no output on the clock cystal connected to that ic.
All other crystals are working.
Board turns on cpu vrm starts and thats it I seem to have all voltages but nothing on that cystal it allows blk overclocking I think?

Measure both legs in diode test to ground.

There's a reading of 0.57v to ground in diode mode on both legs of crystal.
No wave form at all out of it.

Is this the RTC crystal there's 3 near one I think is pch.

It's fixed
Had a ferrite bead on back of board open circuit it fed that ic.
Got signal on the crystal now and it's booted to bios😁
