It's fixed
Had a ferrite bead on back of board open circuit it fed that ic.
Got signal on the crystal now and it's booted to bios😁Leave a comment:

There's a reading of 0.57v to ground in diode mode on both legs of crystal.
No wave form at all out of it....Leave a comment:

I'll try tonight on scope there was no output on the clock cystal connected to that ic.
All other crystals are working.
Board turns on cpu vrm starts and thats it I seem to have all voltages but nothing on that cystal it allows blk overclocking I think?Leave a comment:

The cystal is connected to 2 pins of that ic.
There is 0v on both legs of crystal to ground.Leave a comment:

Looking for pin out of a 6v41538nlg.
It's a 32pin ic I think controls frequency boards stuck on 00 I have vcore and all other voltages it boot loops 00.
I don't have anything out of the clock crystal.... -

Yes.
Upon further investigation I has signal on pin 1 of bios upon boot so I think gpu is alive.
Someone has been messing with straps on rear of card.
All my voltages look good.
I've checked caps on pcie rails these are all good and on diode mode my lanes all look good got 1.8v on bios chip.
But still not detected in windows.
Has anyone got a evga gtx1070 sc Hynix ram I could do with a picture of straps on back of gpu.

I've got a gtx 1070 no display all rails present not showing up in device manager or gpuz.
Core voltage is only 0.67volts is this to low to "boot" core.
Up9511p controller.
My vrefin is 0.8v vref is 2v and my vinmon is 1.2v

msi b450 tomahawk max ms-7c02 rev 1.0
Have a msi b450 tomahawk max no boot dram led lit.
I don't have any voltage on data lines to ram slots my working board has around 0.38v on data lines this is with no ram installed on both boards.
I have a tested in diode mode and data lines read same on both boards.
I have schematic and have tested voltages on all rails concerning the dram.
Have I lost a voltage somewhere on a buck convertor or is cpu in sleep state maybe?
Any ideas? -

I found the problem it was 9.09k resistor on vinmon open circuit .
With out vinmon it won't start pwm controller.Leave a comment:
