    Zotac B150ATX-A-E mainboard not booting

    Hello all,

    I would like to learn the 'how to' rather then just some one telling me the issue here.

    I have acquired 6 Zotac B150 mining boards all with a no boot symptom in attempts to learn more the general sequence to why a main board fail when all replaceable compatible components are replaced with know working components. So processor, ram and cmos battery have all been rulled out as the issue.

    I have searched for a generic mainboard troubleshooting how to, but can't seem to find one.

    The PSU will not engage when the power switch is pressed. I can jump the PSU engage wires on the 24 pin connector and the PSU turns on and still no post. However it does stay on so it would seem that there is no shorted mosfet. To which I was hoping the issue was.

    What direction should I be looking next?

      Hi,

      I have 2 Elitedesk 800 G4 which have stopped working after a BIOS Update. It was doing the updates and instead of rebooting automatically it just stayed off and I was left with an orange LED being on behind the mainboard and no reaction at all when I hit the power button, it seems to be completely dead.
      Removing the battery, pressing and holding the yellow button on the MB didn't do anything either.
      Others have updated fine without any such issues.

      When googling I've found other people having the same issue with the orange LED being on and the PC also...

      Hi everyone,

      I've got a little "problem child": my Dell Latitude 7420 2-in-1, which had a faulty mainboard.
      I replaced it, but ever since, the touchscreen no longer works — and honestly, I’m running out of ideas…

      In Windows Device Manager, I just see an I2C HID Device with error code 10. Sporadically, the touchscreen is recognized correctly for just a few seconds, but I haven’t been able to determine under which circumstances this happens.

      The touchscreen also doesn’t work in UEFI/BIOS, although it’s enabled...

      Hello,
      I have an old MASTER TL-240 LED TV. Since it stopped working and it had a DVB-T receiver that is being dismissed in Italy, I've decided to replace the mainboard with a DVB-T2 one.
      The original problem was that when switching on the TV, the power LED was transitioning from red to steady blue, without showing video or audio.
      After checking some voltages on the power supply board (HKL-240101-B Rev. 1.4, HKL from now on) someone suggested me to replace the mainboard.
      Now I have some doubts about how to connect the new mainboard to the old power supply.

      I'm trying to repair my LG 49UB850V TV (WebOS 1.0, UHD model from 2014).
      Mainboard model: EAX65684604
      PCB marking: EBT62954607
      SPI chip: Winbond W25X20CLNIG Problem description:


      Originally, the TV would turn on (backlight and LED OK if I force them on), but it shut down as soon as any input was received from the IR sensor or remote. The backlight and power board were working fine.

      After testing and verifying the voltages (DRY ON, PWR ON, 12V/24V rails), I suspected a corrupted SPI firmware. What I tried so far:

      Dear all,

      My issue is the following:
      Tv suddenly started to make Strange things and went out. After disconnecting power and restarting, it tried to start but failed. After each attempt it got worse and worse. Now only the Stdb light is on and it is not booting.

      I checked the power supply -> Backlight on when disconnected from mainboard, so I guess Power supply is ok.
      Additionally the upper right part of the main-board makes some whistling noise -> probably issue there and therefore issues with booting

      Question 1: Where should I start to...
