I would like to learn the 'how to' rather then just some one telling me the issue here.

I have acquired 6 Zotac B150 mining boards all with a no boot symptom in attempts to learn more the general sequence to why a main board fail when all replaceable compatible components are replaced with know working components. So processor, ram and cmos battery have all been rulled out as the issue.

I have searched for a generic mainboard troubleshooting how to, but can't seem to find one.

The PSU will not engage when the power switch...

Quite a long list here and looks like a lot I can use, however I cant seem to locate a board view for MSI GTX 1060 OCV1 or any of the other cards that share the same layout.
