Does your computer POST when card is connected?
Are all voltages present/does the GPU get warm?

Probably not, the buzzer does not make any sounds.
GPU is warm
With other GPU card (good), PC is turns on.

Did you manage to fix the card? I have a similar issue too with an XFX RX 580 8GB.

Hi, first clean it all with alcohol and a brush, take your time, slow but make it shiny, i have repaired 2 cards just with that. Then the 0.86V looks strange, if someone knows if it is correct, please post it.

Assure 78M05 is giving you 5 volts

Have you checked resistance of 3.3V and perstb (pcie pin A11)?
Edit: Also try all display outputs and see if it shows up in device manager as a secondary card. Sometimes bad VRAM will only let the card display from one output.

It does not get detected as a secondary card. I will check the resistance on PCIE pin A11 in the evening today and post the findings.

I will check the output on 78M05 and post the result in the evening today. I cleaned the whole surface with alcohol but its the same.

Isn't 0.6ohm on the GPU too low? It's basically the resistance of the probes. I thought that only the newest GPUs have 0 ohm resistance.

I am not sure but I think it is the following IC (LMP8640/-Q1/HV Precision High Voltage Current Sense Amplifier):

If the card is not detected in device manager and you have all voltages, try to change U100 , is this a logic ic marked usualy VE

Hello i have RX 580 Sapphire Nitro +

and instead of U100 i have u4513 and it looks blown any idea how to get a replacement

its a 74LVC1G08 with 5 legs it appears on the pictures as "VE"

and what can cause that to blow
