Hp dream screen 400 aio pc missing componenets

Platform Ms-9251 ver 1.0

Someone has worked earlier on this pc and has removed certain components.

I have been able to restore all the components except U4. Pc now boots fine but no image on monitor. I can Hear Desktop windows booting sound also.

Can anyone confirm what's that component?? Bit urgent Please....
