Diagnose Help: G41M-P25 Please Wait

I have this board and when it powers on, it stays on the bios screen. I have re-flashed bios and same.

Replaced memory but still same. Could the processor going bad? No peripherals are attached so it's just the naked board with psu, cpu and ram only.

not likely its the cpu or the system wont even give a boot screen. its not that easy to dmg a cpu. more likely check your psu isnt a junk psu or one of the onboard devices on the mobo is dead/fried and it hangs trying to detect it.

Does the keyboard seem to work when you get to the bios screen?

Tried a 600W PSU and same issue. Keyboard takes me to black screen white text with usb controller initialising... Anyone got a bios bump?

yes corrupt bios or a damaged onboard device.
had a dell that took a zap through the lan that hung till i desoldered the chip.

I'll try the bios first. Ive found one with a .sao extension. Could I rename it to .bin?
