Got this card out of a box of old electronics and am hoping there's a way to fix it, when i found it i put it in one of my desktops and it displays a kinda static like bars of color. so upon further inspection i noticed that it is missing a choke and a capacitor, and the other choke is cracked and there's a piece of it missing. im pretty good with smd soldering and i looked around quite a bit but cant seem to find what the part numbers of the missing components are. if anybody could help me out with this that would be great. the part number of the card is P/N 102A4900103 159312

I have an RX 6600 from MSI, and it has no power. I have found no shorts, and almost all voltages are missing:- I have 5V on the back of the card (U310), but it seems to be used for video output (5V_VESA).
- All fuses seem okay.
- The thermal camera shows no hot spots.
- I have flashed the latest BIOS (using CH341A). It makes 1.8v and 0.75v come back
