Faulty memory slot on Tekram Slot 1 motherboard

I have a Tekram P6PRO-A5 Rev. 1.01 which has an issue with one of the memory slots and with the floppy port.

When a memory module is installed into the slot which is closest to the north bridge, the board will beep and won't post. The same memory module works in the two remaining slots.

Also, the floppy drive does not work regardless of bios settings.

Please help me to identify the possible cause of the faulty memory slot and the floppy drive port as well.

I have examined the board under my digital microscope and did not find any broken traces.

I have a multimeter but I do not have an oscilloscope.

It's possible that some of the pins or contact surfaces have become somewhat "blind" due to dust, oxidation, etc. Installing and removing the RAM a few times should make the surfaces electrically conductive again. If that doesn't solve the problem, you'll probably need to perform pin-by-pin comparison measurements between the three slots without the RAM installed to see if all three slots behave identically. So, measure pin by pin in diode mode. If two slots are identical, but a different reading is displayed for the slot in question, there may be a defect.

I have cleaned the board and the contacts thoroughly. Today I measured each pin in the slot and compared it to the slots below, with each pin giving me the same readings.

There does not appear to be a disconnect or anything which is obviously faulty, yet the board simply beeps and won't post with a module in that slot, while it works just fine with the module moved to any of the other two remaining slots.
