Lenovo C440 CIH61S1 motherboard , wont post with 1 slot of memory

Hello , i got this lenovo C440 , with moderboard CIH61S1 , the problem is that when i put 1 memory in slot 1 the system wont post , ocasionaly it works but most of the time it doesnt and when it works , it gives BSOD-s and freezez a lot , if i put memory in 2nd slot , the system will work fine , if 2 put 2 memories again system will crash /freeze /bsod / or it wont post .
I tried changinc CPU , other memory .

Update : I relflowed the the Controller " SLJ4B " untill i could move it just a little bit with a tweezer ( to check if balls were melted ) , again , it posted with slot 1 , after that it didnt post at all again ...

Update 2 : Re wrote the bios with RTH809 programmer , still the same .
