I have a card that is missing capacitors, in the places marked in red.
Does anyone know their value?

Something like 10uF or 22uF with 4V or higher will do.

4V? this is 12V supply rail to DrMoses

I think it's on the low-side of the DR-MOS. But it can be proved. Boardview, Schematics, or just a simple measurement with a meter.

lack of skill. that many tantal capacitors are on low side

I installed 10uf 16v and its working properly.
Solved
