Review against the schematics on the position of these DEBUG LEDs. Each LED is an indicator to what is or is not working. Share the board # once it is known to verify the LED status. Could be a failing power rail that is causing that leg of the circuit to stop working. Have seen faulty tantalum caps do this in the past.

When you have the fan spin - is it a high fan spin or normal? Tried a PRAM reset? Check the RTC battery (PPVBATT_G3_RTC) as well. Suggest to replace the coin cell battery for starters.

Imac 2020 a2115 no image after reblays T2 Security chip
      by mich6el
Hello! Has anyone encountered problems on the Imac 2020 27 inches with a T2 chip? I had to replace 2 T2 chips on two iMacs, the first one was successfully replaced, tested and given to the client. The second iMac after replacing the T2 is flashed, the system is installed through the target mod, it boots into the system, you can hear me tapping on the keyboard, but the image does not display (and to an external monitor). I reballed the T2 chip, changed the processor, RAM, display. No positive result! My friend said that he had 2 such devices and on both of them, after replacing the T2 boards,...

820-00134-A iMac 27" Late 2015 - No display, backlight works
      by webhx
      Hello
I received 27" iMac, Late 2015 model that's broken. I don't know what exactly happened but it appears to be unopened and there are no marks indicating prior repair attempts.
Initially it didn't display anything on the screen and backlight didn't work. Only 2 diagnostic LEDs would light up and 3rd was very faint. I opened it and found F4400 fuse near eDP connector to be blown. Replaced it with a suitable part and backlight came back to life. Unfortunately it still doesn't display anything on the screen. Now I get 4 green diagnostic LEDs.

      I can hear the chime...

iMac A1418 - No LED, no power after overvoltage on Ethernet port
      by ryogadan78
Hi guys, I need your help again.
I have this iMac from a customer that shut down during a storm along with all the other devices in the house. In particular, the router, connected via Ethernet to the iMac, caught fire.
When I removed the screen from the iMac to check the status of the LEDs, I noticed that none of them were lit. I had a perfectly compatible and working power supply, so I tried it right away, but the problem remained the same (no LEDs). With the thermal camera, I noticed only a slight warming (32 degrees) of the NCP1605BG chip on the power supply. The rest was completely...
