PNY RTX4090 24GB - error or restart when put on load

Hello.
Have this PNY RTX4090 24GB with error or restart when put on load even low. all power phases have simmiliar output, no memory error with test on any frequency, flashed bios, underclock/underpower memory/core. Still the same.

Any hint?

Can you measure the temperature when put on load? See if it's due to high temperature protection.
When it happen, do you have to power cycle the GPU? You should also measure all the voltages once the error is happening.

Could be a thermal sense problem caused by a faulty resistor which throws a false alarm and forcing the core to shutdown/restart.

Refer to the boardview/schematic if there's any.

thermal is offcourse first to check and it is all ok. error shows in max one second of ANY load

Well if it's not a thermal sensor problem then I have no idea what is causing the core to shut down. It's either that or the power phases became unstable (pwm waveform goes bad can also cause the core to shut down) whenever there's a load.

If all else is ok maybe it's a driver issue.
