    ga-6vxe7+

typical mix of g-luxon and hermei.
came in dead after a complaint of servo drive errors and overtravel alarms in the truss making machine it was in.
6 of the caps were open but not bulging.
    a recap cleared all issues.
    only 1 was leaking.

Build A Tool For Battery Spot Weld Removal with a Geared Servo Controller
    by sam_sam_sam
I going to build one of these DIY projects for removing battery tabbing I saw this YouTube video last night and got inspired to make one for myself to make this process easier to do and keep damage to batteries to a minimum and keep stress level down as well

Here is the video website link

    Samson Servo 120 Amp Issues
    by vletr
    Hello,

I have an old Samson Servo 120 (not the Servo 120a) amplifier that has a weird audio issue and I'm not sure where to begin troubleshooting. When playing music through the amp, the music will cut out or drop slightly, almost like dirty volume pots. I've done the basic "turn the pots up and down several times" cleaning that we do when this happens on the road, but I have the opportunity to actually try to fix the issue now. It's not a full-on drop out like when the amp is overdriven and a channel cuts out - I've had that happen with different amps and this is different....

controlling a small engine throttle with an RC servo
    by flinx
I would like to control a small engine with an RC servo. I have the servos, and I have a way to control the servo. The small engine is turning a 24v DC Permanent magnet motor to work as a small 12v 200w generator. The problem I am having is keeping the output voltage steady under load.

This is the board to control the servo.

The device accepts 5 volts in to the green terminal and can control 3 servos.

this is all the information I can found on how this thing works.

What I would like to do is sense the voltage output...

Find substitute for mosfet in servo board of versacamm sp-540v plotter
    by edugimeno
    Hi There!
I am currently serviciing a plotter versacamm sp-540v
I found a shorted mosfet labeled J553 which corresponds with SJ-553s (surface mount)
Neither local stores nor other webpages that are able to provide it before 1 month (only aliexpress, with 1 month delivery) can provide this part
I need to find a substitute for it. Can anyone give me a hint on a part that I can use to replace it?

Also, given the schematic Im attaching (pg 36, transsitor Q1) , does it make sense that the whole machine won't turn on when I press the POWER button on the panel? This...

Repair Versacamm SP-540V that won't turn on
    by edugimeno
Hi everyone! Hopefully someone can give a hint on this issue.
Trying to help my cousin who is a designer and is completly grounded since this machine stopped working

This is a large size plotter. He said he never turns it off, until one day he had to. When he tried to turn it back on, nothing happened....There is one LED in the MAIN board that's on all the time, and also the Ethernet board seems to be alive as it does detect the presence of the wire and flashes green and orange correspondingly

There is a PS board, pretty simple, only provides +41v, which is...
