I'm working on a HP Monitor W1707 which has very little contrast
At POST, the black is grayish and when in Windows, it's washed out with light
The picture itself looks sharp, just no black
In the OSD, the contrast shows very little change from 0 to 100
I recapped every thing with low esr caps and still no change
I also checked every one for a kick with a VOM and they responded
My ESR meter also shows all are good
What should I be looking for and what board?
