Yow Kristijan78, the information you requested is hard to obtain, never the less I have some clues for you to try….. Figure out the Vcc on pin # 6 of IC601 (1200AP40) this device should give you an average of
The total Vcc on ZD601, the ZD601 may average from 12-45 volts or more. You should establish this before replacing this component.
D604= Low end Diode
R623= 4.7_E
R116=?
R611= 221_E
R613= 1K_1/4 Watt
ZD601= Zener Diode

ZD601 = 15V 1/2W
R116 = not present on power board
