anyone could help me with the power source&inverter service manual or schematic of lcd monitor belinea 10 19 27 pleeeeeeeeeeeeeees!!!!!!!!! I don't now the name of "tranzistors" q239 & q236 from inverter.thanks!

A picture is worth a thousand words. Pictures off top and bottom are even better. Many manufacturers use the same circuit in many monitors. Perhaps someone will recognize it.

Can you also post details off the face of the transistors,and a possible close up picture of the transistors, someone may be able to identify them by there codes

I don't have these transistors, we took the plate without them. One who tried to fix it before I no longer have

Unlikely. This is a different circuit for the inverter. Without the original transistors or a schematic this becomes very difficult.

A GOOD picture of the bottom of the board with the ICs identified would be a big help. It's a Delta product, which should be a major help if we had the Delta model number.

ZD 103 and ZD 102 the position in the value of zener diodes are looking for. Also looking for the circuit diagram for this power supply. Belinea 10 19 27

I have the same Display and need to replace these mosfets.
I'm now searching for alternatives to AP9973GH/J.
What do you think about this one: IRFU024 ?
