Hi

I have a Dell E193FPp monitor, switch it on and the desktop appears for around 3 seconds, switch it off, then on again, and the desktop appears for around 1 second... and so on.

The inverter board caps ( capxon ) show no sign of bulging or leaking.

Any suggestion most welcome

Hi

Sorry to bring up an old post, but I have had another look at this monitor (E193FPP) and found the problem is the inverter transformer. It is open circuit on the secondary.

My question is does anyone know where to purchase these transformers, in the UK preferably?
