Not sure exactly how to describe this issue, tried all the on-screen settings (brightness, contrast, etc), but cannot get it back to normal.
see attched two photos, the one with shades of white on the right is GOOD monitor (for comparison), whereas the bad one almost half the screen is all white. Similar happens with shades of black. Both monitors are driven by same PC, and crossing cables, it is not a cable issue.
This happened after few electrical outages, so I suspect some part got damaged, dismantled, but all looks OK.
Based on these images, is there somewhere to look more closely?
In past managed to fix monitors with failed capacitors, but here all of them look OK (in-circuit), it's a lot of work to desolder all of them and test, trying to get an in-circuit tool.e
Appreciate any tips on this puzzle.
