BenQ FP757 monitor problem

When I turn it on I get a quick blink of blue light from the pwr button. It does not show any picture. Does anyone have any ideas?

Check for bulged caps on the inverter board if you don't find bad caps check the c5707 transistors one of them is probably shorted.

Elements of the past and the future combining to make something not quite as good as either.
