Hanns-G HG281D no display but power.

Hey guys, I have the Hanns-G HG281D with the FSP217-4F02 power board, with no display or any sort of life coming from the panel itself or backlight, however the power light will show blue when plugged in, go to yellow standby after a short time, and will turn blue again when the power button is pressed, however, the display will not work at all. Does this sound like the known power board issue?

It could be the inverter is bad (bad lamp, bad HV transformer, bad driver transistors).
Or, it could also be the caps on the video board, which are notorious for going bad. If you have read that other big Hanns-G HG281D thread, this should certainly convince you to recap the video board.
And, yes, it could also be the power board not providing 12V and 24V to the inverter board. But I have some doubts it's the power board. Either way, if you have a multimeter, set it to measure DC volts and check the voltage on all of the pins on those white connectors on the power supply board. Then post what you find here. Like this, for example:

    Connector CN###
    pin 1: xx Volts
    pin 2: xx Volts
    ...
    and so on.
