    Al1916w image problem

    Hello all
I have a al 1916w with an 3"bar on the bottom duplicating the top of screen
power supply caps tested good on a ESR meter, mainboard had 1 bad 4.7uf 50v cap replaced it. I also tried another LVDS cable and two other test screens
same problem I assume it's the mainboard or that I am not using a wide screen for testing. original screen was cracked and not working.

That look weird - is the panel you are using really tall and narrow? or is the picture of it distorted?
Can you adjust anything on the pc to get it to fit?
What is the end result you are aiming for?

Well that looks better but I dont know why it displays like that as you suggest may be because its not a W panel.
Did you try changing resolution / dpi/ refresh rate on the PC?

                by Malva
                Hi everyone,
I'm trying to repair my LG 49UB850V TV (WebOS 1.0, UHD model from 2014).
                Mainboard model: EAX65684604
                PCB marking: EBT62954607
SPI chip: Winbond W25X20CLNIG Problem description:

Originally, the TV would turn on (backlight and LED OK if I force them on), but it shut down as soon as any input was received from the IR sensor or remote. The backlight and power board were working fine.

After testing and verifying the voltages (DRY ON, PWR ON, 12V/24V rails), I suspected a corrupted SPI firmware. What I tried so far:

Mainboard problem Laptop Lenovo Ideapad 3 15ada05
                by micsa84
                Hello! I have a problem with a mainboard from a Lenovo Ideapad 3 15ada05.
The problem is that the cooling fan is always on full speed, It doesn't recognize the battery and it is not charging it and the keyboard has only partial functionality, many of the keys don't work.
I tried a new bios update but that didn't changed anything.
What could be the problem with it?

un60j620dafxza - Samsung No Display Problem
                by stylishconsultant
                Hi All,

                Need help.

I have a samsung un60j620dafxza led tv. When I plug it in it has no display, no sounds, and no standby lights.

So I opened the tv and disconnected the power to the mainboard and the backlight powered up. This according to many people says that this is a mainboard
problem. I checked the voltage coming from the stb and I read 1.3 volts on pins 1,3,5 and 7 which are low volts instead of 13 volts which i think the lcd panel
might be drawing too much power from the power supply that it prevents the right voltage going to the mainboard....
