Main board schematic request: Dell U2415b

Hello all -

I have a request: does anyone have a main board schematic for a Dell P2412Hb monitor?



My monitor is damaged, I found the culprit, but I need a hint. Is anyone able to tell me what this component is or indicate a replacement?

It looks like a fixed LDO regulator, or maybe a load switch. Pin #2 is ground, and pins #4 and #5 are Vin and Vout. You could see whether pins 4 and 5 go to the Vcc pins of other ICs.
