2 Sec to black strange problem

Hi guys,
Just to preface this, I've read and followed the sticky guide on this.

I've got a samsung Syncmaster 2443BW, and it had the 2 sec to black issue. I replaced most of the caps, and it worked fr about 2 and a half hours before reverting back to 2 sec to black.
Anyone know why this happens, and if there is a fix for it?

Check the Inverter transformers,there may be variation between the resistance readings of primary windings of both Inverter transformers.

I'm relatively new to this stuff, so how would I go about doing that?
